How to Use
- Upload one or more Excel files (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb) or a ZIP archive.
- Select which workbooks to process from the Excel files dropdown.
- Choose Apply all recommended cleanup, or Apply selected cleanup options and tick options from the Cleanup dropdown.
- Optionally prefer binary output (.xlsb/.xls), choose Single file or Batch ZIP, then click Compress.
- Download the result. Use Clear to start over.
Pro Tips
- Recommended cleanup applies blank rows/cols, unused styles, external links, image compression, calc chain, and printer settings.
- Prefer binary keeps .xlsb sources as .xlsb and can convert other formats to .xls via PhpSpreadsheet when available.
- Drawings/charts, pivot caches, and custom XML are opt-in because they may remove useful content.
- Upload size follows your plan (defaults: Free 100 MB / Pro 250 MB / Premium 500 MB).
