How it works

Upload one or more workbooks, CSV files, or a ZIP. Tick the sheets you want.
Map Excel columns to {{Placeholder}} keys. Company Profile fills {{CompanyName}}, {{CompanyAddress}}, {{CompanyPhone}}, and related sender fields.
In mapping, use Include recipient phone for Excel {{Phone}}. Footer has its own phone show option. Conditional blocks: {{#if CompanyPhone}}…{{/if}} or {{#if Phone}}…{{/if}}.
Use Template & Preview to switch document format (Letter, Email Message, Envelope, Label, Directory). Sheet ticks only choose which Excel data to merge.
Batch mode packs one file per row into a ZIP. Single file puts every document in one PDF or Word file.

How to Use

Upload an Excel file (.xls, .xlsx), CSV, or a ZIP of workbooks.
Select sheets and map Excel columns to placeholders such as {{Name}} (Auto-map guesses from headers).
Edit the HTML template, insert placeholder chips, and set optional header/footer text. Upload a logo or signature for {{Logo}} / {{Signature}}.
Choose PDF or Word and Batch ZIP or Single file, then Generate Docs.
Download the result. Use Clear to reset the workspace.

Pro Tips

Placeholders use {{ColumnName}} style. Auto-map turns Excel headers into matching keys.
Use {{#if Amount}}...{{/if}} for simple conditional blocks when a cell is non-empty.
Batch mode packs one file per Excel data row into a ZIP; Single puts every doc in one PDF (page breaks) or multi-section Word file.
Plan limits apply to Excel MB, ZIP MB, files per batch, and docs per run.
Logo and signature images are re-encoded locally; remote images in templates are disabled for PDF.

QWhich formats are supported for upload?

QWhich output formats are available?

PDF and Word (.docx). Batch mode returns a ZIP of one file per row. Single mode combines all rows into one document.

QWhat are the plan limits?

Free: 15 MB Excel / 25 MB ZIP / 3 files / 200 docs. Pro: 30 / 50 / 10 / 500. Premium: 60 / 100 / 20 / 1000. Admin may adjust Excel upload MB per plan.

QHow does placeholder mapping work?

Each Excel column can map to a {{Placeholder}}. The template HTML is merged per data row. Auto-map guesses keys from header names.

QAre files uploaded to the cloud?

No. Processing stays on your local server session. Temp files are deleted after TTL or Clear.
