Limits & notes

  • Supported: .sql, pasted SQL, and .zip archives of SQL dumps.
  • Select files in the SQL files dropdown (same multi-select pattern as Excel worksheets).
  • Single Excel keeps all rows in one file; Batch ZIP splits by your Split rows value.
  • Dialect is informational/auto; statement mode filters INSERT, UPDATE, or both.

How to Use
  1. Upload one or more .sql files, or a ZIP archive of SQL dumps.
  2. Or paste SQL that contains INSERT/UPDATE statements.
  3. Select which SQL files to convert from the dropdown.
  4. Choose dialect, SQL statements mode, sheet layout, and Single or Batch ZIP (set Split rows).
  5. Convert to Excel, review the preview, then Download or Copy. Use Clear to start over.
Pro Tips
  • Auto statement mode reads INSERT and UPDATE; switch to INSERT-only or UPDATE-only to filter.
  • Dialect is informational for Auto-detect across MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and SQLite dumps.
  • One sheet per table keeps tables separate; Merge combines them into one sheet.
  • Batch ZIP + Split rows downloads multiple smaller Excel files in one archive.
  • Upload size follows your plan (defaults: Free 25 MB / Pro 50 MB / Premium 100 MB).
