Data Deletion Instructions

XL Automation respects your right to control your data. If you authorized the XL Automation Post Tool to access a Facebook Page and you want your data removed, you can use either option below. For how we handle data in general, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1: Remove the app from Facebook

This revokes the tool’s access to your Page immediately.

Go to Facebook Settings & privacy > Settings.
Open Apps and Websites (shown as Business Integrations in some versions).
Select XL Automation Post Tool.
Click Remove and confirm.

Option 2: Email a deletion request

Send an email to support@xlautomation.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

Your Facebook Page name or Page ID.
The email address you used to contact us (if any).

What we delete

Your Page access token.
Your Page ID and Page name.
The post records, post IDs, status entries and error logs we stored for your Page.

Timeline

We confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days. If we must keep anything to meet a legal obligation, we will tell you what it is and why.

Posts already published

Deleting your data from our systems does not remove posts that were already published to your Facebook Page. To remove those, delete them directly on Facebook.
