What you get

What you will work on

Real datasets

Operations, finance, or commercial files with the mess you will see on the job — not toy CSVs.

Weekly sprints

A clear brief, a review, and a ship date. You practise finishing, not collecting half-done notebooks.

Excel and SQL

The two tools most analyst roles still expect, used together the way a team actually works.

Decision packs

Short written findings a manager could use — headline, evidence, next step.

Portfolio

Work you can show in interviews, with assumptions and refresh notes included.

Mentor feedback

A named mentor, not a forum. You know who reviews your work each week.

How we work

How the internship runs

Apply

Share your background, a short note on the track, and when you can start. We confirm fit within a few business days.

Onboard

Tools, working hours, communication norms, and your first dataset — so week one is not spent guessing.

Sprint

Weekly goals on a real business problem. You ship work, not attendance screenshots.

Mentor review

A scheduled review every week. You get written notes on what to fix before the next sprint.

Capstone

A portfolio piece you present: analysis pack, pipeline, or model — with assumptions written down.

Career prep

Interview walkthrough of your project, résumé notes, and how to talk about the work honestly.

Client stories

What interns say

I walked into interviews with a pack I had presented. That changed the conversation.

Sneha Kapoor Intern, 2025 cohort

The weekly review was strict. I stopped submitting “almost done” work.

Jordan Hale Career switcher

They treated us like junior analysts, not students watching videos.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this remote?

Yes. Internships are remote-first, with live mentor sessions on a published calendar.

Is it paid?

Terms are confirmed per cohort. Some tracks include a stipend; others are project-based learning with a certificate and portfolio. We state this clearly before you accept.

How many hours per week?

Plan for 15–20 focused hours. Full-time blocks can be arranged for a shorter calendar.

Do I need a degree?

No. We look for evidence you can finish work: a small project, coursework, or a clear note on why this track.
