The story
What the client was facing
Every Sunday night someone exported last year’s Excel file and hoped the columns still matched. Commerce and finance argued two “revenue” numbers in the same standup. When refresh failed, IT was paged on Monday morning.
How our services saved time and cost
The dummy saving: one person-night of export work disappeared, the meeting shortened, and they stopped a recurring “fix the workbook” invoice. Licence needs were written down so there were no surprise seats.
