About This Shortcut

Expand or Collapse Ribbon – Ctrl + F1 displays or hides the ribbon in Excel.

Keybord Shortcut key

  • Window: Ctrl + F1
  • Mac: Cmd + Alt + R

Example:

Note: The shortcut key will work with function key [Fn] if you are using laptop like Dell, or other companies laptop etc.
