Excel Shortcut: Find Previous Match

About This Shortcut

Find the previous match (after initial Find) – Ctrl+Shift+F4 reverses the Find to get the preceding cell. This way, you don’t have to repeatedly return to the Find Window to get to each matched cell.

Keybord shortcut key:

  • Window: Ctrl+Shift+F4
  • Mac: cmd+Shift+G
