About This Shortcut
Insert embedded chart – It makes an embedded chart from the data in the current range.
Keybord shortcut key:
- Window: Alt + F1
- Mac: Fn + Alt + F1
Note: The shortcut key will work with function key [Fn] if you are using laptop like Dell, or other companies laptop etc.
Example:
Press ALT + F1 after selecting the data you wish to chart (or clicking on the data range). Excel provides a default chart. It’s typically a column chart.
